New arrangements for Belgian Potain customers
Manitowoc Crane Group announces changes to its tower crane distribution in
Belgium, as the company will now handle all sales and service enquiries for
Potain customers on a direct basis. Customers will be served by
Flemish-speaking or French-speaking contacts.
Flemish-speaking
Belgian customers should direct all enquiries – spare parts, warranty, and
sales – to the Manitowoc Crane Group office in Breda, The Netherlands.

customers should direct sales enquiries to Xavier Bédini at MCG’s EMEA Head
Office in Ecully, France. All spare parts enquiries should go to the Manitowoc
Crane CARE center in Decines, France. All warranty claims should go to the MCG
office in Cergy, France.
